Also, As much as it is bound to suck, as these things tend to do on *some* level, I'm looking forward to Honey. I know, me and my freaky fascination with dance movies. But at least there will be hotness: Jessica Alba of the hot body and hotter lips and scrumptious Mekhi Phifer of the even hotter body and hottest lips. There will be gyration and gratuitous belly shots, check out the trailer if you don't believe me.

Then there's Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights, which just looks particularly painful, is also on the list. I just know it's going to require a trip to Cuba shortly following the premiere.

I blame it all on those MGM musicals I watched as a child. If you want to avoid my fate, kiddies, remember that Singin' in the Rain is not your friend. No. Turn the channel now. Well, maybe not now. Wait until after the "Gotta Dance" flashback, oh, and then you can't miss Debbie Reynolds popping out of that pink cake at the party, and then there's the lip synching part and the actual *song* Singin' in the Rain . . . and, and, and. Brother. I guess you should just watch the whole thing.

Apparantly, my fate is inevitable.

Oh man. Jessica Alba and Mekhi Phifer, could I have a sandwich please? Yumyumyum ... that's why I wanna see that movie! For purely shallow and carnal reasons.

Also, since I haven't kept up with ER, how come Dr. Pratt isn't dating that hot Asian doctor? Last I remember, he was all over her. (Jing-mei?) I know, I'm so out of the loop. I wanted them together. He needs a love bunny on that show. What went wrong?

I know!! But carnal and shallow are good. Excellent even! :)

At the start of the season Pratt was hiting on Neela (Nila?). We're talking first day in the ER and you could tell he was jonesing for her. Jing-Mei did not take kindly to that. But, he said it was nothing and she kinda left it alone. That's the reason for all of the tension between Jing-Mei and Nila, at least on Jing-Mei's part. Then, Jing-Mei and Pratt went to dinner with her parents and afterwards he made some kind of crack about them not planning to get married or anything. Their dating was just fun and of course, Jing-Mei took it badly. So, they broke up.

Sad, but now he's free and that's promise for all sorts of fun.

Plus! Thandie! and Noah! and Goran! and Mekhi! Like I said before, beautiful people being beautiful together!
