Nah. That happens to me too. Didn't used to, but then I turned 30 - and after a week of getting up before 0600, when Friday night rolls around I need to take a nap after work if I want to go out and not be useless.
My life changed SO MUCH on that front when I started making sure I got enough sleep every night. Which involved turning into a big loser (for me enough sleep is about 8.5 hours), but oh my god, it made everything in life so much more manageable.
Sleep?! What is this, sleep?! I cling to 6 hours being enough and choose to believe that option two is the truest truth: the work week sucks mightily!!
