Help the Kids!!!
Aug. 4th, 2016 01:12 pmIt's been a REALLY long time and this is kind of a fly-by. I'm writing and feeling really good about that. I am also heading out to see the fabulous Joy and K for a weekend of Outdoor Trek. So EXCITED!
I'm posting this because I'm walking for St. Jude's Children Hospital in September. $10 is the average that I've been getting, and I would love to add to the cause. I'm walking in memory of my mom, who wasn't a child, obviously, but I understand the pain and difficulty of caring for a family member with cancer and the difficulty of having to go to a job day after day while trying to figure out how to balance the needs of your loved one and your budget. So, for support and to help those families to get the care that they need, I am walking.
