So … Drama.
I'm off-line for a couple of days and the Apocalypse looms. Nice going, LJ. I hope fandom isn't planning to make a run for all available exits because I like my little corner of LJ, despite the panic and "over reaction to a small but well publicized group's attempts to remove content they don't like" (thanks, D).
Now, I need to know … what's GeneralJournal and should I be getting one? How are we archiving our LJ's? Straight to your hard drive or is there someplace else in the ether? HOW do you archive your LJ?
Point me to answers, kids!

RE: LJ/6A - It's really odd to see the news bites repeatedly saying that the journals were deleted when in reality they were suspended and that by the time the news got hold of it they were already in the process of reinstating the journals. Kinda sucks for LJ cause they're going to catch hell from all corners on this even though they did try to rectify the situation responsibly and as soon as they discovered their mistake.
