So … Drama.

I'm off-line for a couple of days and the Apocalypse looms. Nice going, LJ. I hope fandom isn't planning to make a run for all available exits because I like my little corner of LJ, despite the panic and "over reaction to a small but well publicized group's attempts to remove content they don't like" (thanks, D).

Now, I need to know … what's GeneralJournal and should I be getting one? How are we archiving our LJ's? Straight to your hard drive or is there someplace else in the ether? HOW do you archive your LJ?

Point me to answers, kids!

Question: by any chance, does LJ Book save what's in "Memories"? I always use the Memories tool to keep track of stuff other people post that I don't want to forget.
