So, basically what you're telling me is that [livejournal.com profile] chrisleeoctaves is the only one who likes [livejournal.com profile] glossing's fic.

I mean, she's the ONLY one who responded to my request for [livejournal.com profile] glossing recs.

I'm surprised. Shocked even. But hey. Okay.

Um, hi. I was actually reading Gloss's friendslist and found this post.

I don't know what pairings or characters you like, but here are some of my favorite fics of hers. There's a bit of a tilt towards Giles/Oz because it's my favorite pairing, but I tried to pick a variety of things.

De Loquente Carne (http://www.exitseraphim.net/glossings/jasmine/splash.html), Wesley/Connor, Jasmine/Dawn, various others. An AU set in a world "saved" by Jasmine. (If you use IE, the index pages to this may look a little funny. If you highlight the left margins, the missing text will appear. Once you get to the actual stories you can see everything fine.)

Scenes from the Floating World (http://www.exitseraphim.net/glossings/sushi.html). Giles/Oz, with sushi.

Mono/Chrome (http://www.exitseraphim.net/glossings/whitealbum.html). An Oz/Giles (and Oz/Willow) drabble sequence. This is part of a larger series of Oz/Giles stories, but all you need to know is that Giles and Oz were together during Giles' first year in Sunnydale, but then Oz broke up with Giles on account of the lycanthropy. Sad, but gorgeous.

Signs and Tokens (http://www.exitseraphim.net/glossings/signs.html). Giles/Ethan, Giles/Remus Lupin, Giles/Oz. Well worth reading even if you don't like crossovers or Harry Potter. It does amazing, non-jokey things with Giles' librarianship and his fondness for cross-referencing.

Human and not wholly human, writ by the finger of the Divine (http://www.exitseraphim.net/glossings/indiaoz.html). Exquisite Oz gen, set in India.

(In)Frequently Asked Questions About All Hallows MOO, by Jenny Calendar (http://www.exitseraphim.net/glossings/ahmfaq.html). Jenny Calendar, Oz, and the things that can happen with computers in Sunnydale. An absolutely amazing fic.

Theses on a Philosophy of Power (http://www.exitseraphim.net/glossings/bolshevik.html). Original characters--this is a "tales of the slayers" fic set during the Russian revolution.

Hope you enjoy! And after you've read these, you might as well read the rest of them. They're all fine stories.
