For the first time ever I finished the 50 book challenge! YAY!! Okay, so they weren't all works of literary gravitas (50 Shades that definitely means you), but they did all help me to complete one goal that I set myself in 2012. I re-visited my romance roots hard core, and recalled the wacky path that led me to my interest in medieval lit. It's a schizophrenic list, to say the least.

So, for 2013, I will continue to read. Don't I always! But this year, instead of aiming for 50 books total, I will endeavor to read 10 literary classics amongst everything else that I read. We're starting with Tolstoy's Anna Karenina. And, at some point, I will hopefully finish out Stephen Hawking's The Universe in a Nutshell (with all the notes that I have to take, it's slow going).
Here's to 2013!
