A friend is having some trouble accessing the links at my website. I'm not coming up with any errors and I've since made corrections so that, hopefully, it makes sense in IE (It's designed in Firefox).
Anyway, could you few willing souls take a gander and let me know if anything isn't working. Whatever browser you're using just let me know which one.

IBM puts out a tool called aDesigner (http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/tech/adesigner), which shows you what your site would look like to someone who's color blind, has different types of low vision, and what a screen reader would read. There are also other free tools that show you what level of contrast you need between your background and your text for it to be accessible to everyone.
