I think that this might have been the episode that I was waiting for. It’s all darkness, hope, love and wistfulness. They all look so young. Michael was devastating and the journey from where the boy that he was to the angry man, struggling to find meaning, that he becomes is the loneliest road ever. I don’t even think Max touches that one.
Knowing what we already know, this is the downward slope to disaster.
