So. I signed up for ff_fanfic and posted Burn the Flag, but I did it at the end of the day and thus forgot to put it behing a cut tag. Of course I didn't realize this until this morning and went to check. First thing I realized was damn no cut tag. Then I saw that there were eight, count them 8 whole comments. YAY for feedback. I click and all I got is eight comments for me to put the damn story behind a cut tag.

Dude. Sorry! I have to say I was perturbed and embarrassed that eight seperate people felt the need to remind me to put the story behind a cut tag. Obviously, I wasn't online! But eight people and of the eight there were MAYBE two fly-bys on the content of the story.

Wow. So, I deleted it.

My question for you now, dear FL, is where do I post my scant handful of Firefly fic. Because, obviously, I can't go back to ff_fanfic. I'd just about die of total embarrassment.

eh, a couple were on the rude side, but whatever.
ff_friday is where I got the rec for the site and ff_friday seems much more casual.

I was just really surprised by the virulence of my commentors. I mean eight comments for a cut tag is a tad excessive, but I'm going to assume that none of them bothered to look at the other comments. cause dude, what!

Seriously, what's up with a community where they'll spam with a ton of cut-tag comments? I have never seen that before. One should do it. Do they not even bother to read other posters' responses first? If they don't, they're lazy and thoughtless. If they do, and still comment just for that, then they're just bullies. Really. *makes disapproving face*

I don't know about other Firefly fic comms ... but I could look around this weekend and see if I find something. I know you don't have internet time to browse around for that, so hopefully I could find a list of places for you to check out to make it easier for you!
