Dear World,

I am tired. Exhausted despite the sound sleep that I enaged in last night, or perhaps because of it, damn you! And despite crawling into my second cup of coffee for the day, liberally creamed and sugared due to my office's ridiculous insistence on bitter coffee beans, I remain exhausted. That second kick in the teeth really isn't working and that's tragic. How on Earth am I supposed to make it through the day?

Dear Mother Nature,

What is up with the gloomy, overcast, rainy weather. Didn't you get the memo? It's spring. Officially. I have been working very hard these past winter months to get in shape so that I may run around half nude come springtime. Alas, I am covered head to toe, unable to rock my new denim mini-skirt and hooker heels because of the chill, wet weather. Damn you, too, Mother Nature.

Miniskirt and hooker heels?? *shivers* ... I saw a cute faux fur lined mid-thigh length jacket on sale that I want. Would be perfect for this weather. Of course if I buy it then it'll get all warm and sunny pronto!

I've been planning to email you too ... and kept wanting to check your LJ first ... etc. I never seem to have the time. Now when I do try to catch up, I end up having the LJ screen in a minimized window all day and barely getting to read one or two posts. *eyeroll* ... I do blame the long commute for the lack of time for LJ. Then I'm trying to get in exercise time in the evening and am too tired to get online! (All those same-old same-old excuses.)

I'm okay - alive if not quite kicking (arthritis is a pain, yo).

So you moved! How's the new place?
