2.) Zoe Saldana as Nina Simone
I am mad disappointed. I like Zoe, but I don't think this is the part for her. There are way to many excellent, and dare I say, more aesthetically more appropriate actresses on the market for this casting choice. As mentioned in the article, such as Viola Davis or Kimberly Elise. Nina Simone, lord love her, was a striking, dark, very Afro-Ethnic looking woman. Zoe Saldana is none of those things. Hollywood white washing continues to amaze me with its disregard for anything that smacks of ethnic. I think people would go see this movie because it's about Nina Simone, not because Zoe Saldana is playing Nina Simone. Simone isn't main stream enough for that kind of thinking. The casting also reduces the legitimacy of the film itself. It's sad, really.

3.) Viola Davis on why she stopped wearing wigs

Because she is fabulous, and gorgeous, and owning all the awesomeness that is she!!

- Push, Nick/Cassie, normalacy. (Basically, I want something dealing with what happens when Division is taken down - what do they do next?) - for redbrunja

- Push (movie) -- Kira. Anything exploring her POV, because the movie sure didn't. Blandness is a survival mechanism to stay unnoticed, while she urges grown men to jump off rooftops - for rosaxx50
