Singularity by yhlee - Angel, post-Home Fred/Angel.
I like how this feels like Fred, logical but shuddery. It tastes of crazy Pylea!Fred and slightly less crazy Hyperion!Fred. And then there's Angel, a little scary, a little intimidating. We see him through Fred's eyes and the view is much more ambivalent than you might think. Plus, yhlee is a genuis, for real, and she has the amazing ability to write math and science as if they were the familiar lyrics to a favorite song.

more ponderous wishes or hopes less tall by obsessedmuch - Angel/Buffy, Riley/Lindsey sexiness but with lots of heart and tenderness. I think I love this most because of the vulnerability obsessedmuch invests Lindsay with. Lar really takes advantage of the little bit of heart we get to see in canon. Plus did I mention how HOT?!


On the flipside, can anyone rec me Angel fic featuring Illyria and Doyle? Together. At the same time. Possibly even together together.
