That is definitly how I'd describe the day, although now I've picked up a second wind and I'm currently ready for more pie!

Recap:

Up til 5.30 am cooking. Hit the sheets and back up at 8.30 for, you guessed it, more cooking. Napped uneasily for an hour or two around 2 in the afternoon and then hopped to the kitchen for roll baking and the simmering of the gravy.

Otherwise great day. Watched movies and chilled when I wasn't chained to the stove. Siblings did the dishes and The Crazy Jamaican and I are going shopping tomorrow.

Not a bad way to start the weekend. Although, I still have to pay my cell phone bill and that's never fun.
