- Gratuitous sex. Although that's hard to get around because it's a huge plot point.
- Gratuitous nipplage, which is easier to get around except that the powers that be don't want to get around it.
- Not funny. Impossible to deal with considering that this is supposed to be a comedy.
I don't find Dane Cook all that amusing. I love Employee of the Month, but almost strictly for the hilariousness that is Dax Sheppard. Jessica Alba was endearing and kinda quirky, but not really. Charlie gets really creepy and stalker towards the end and the movie quickly loses what charm it has. It's gross in places, demeaning in others. There's a couple of aww, sweet points, but mostly it's just a big fat nope!
Sorry Chuck, you lost me at hello.

I wasn't interested in seeing the movie, barely remembered the trailers except the bits with Jessica Alba, but a co-worker said she loved it and loaned it to me. I was skeptical, but she and generally has great taste in movies (although I will admit I am hesitant about her taste in comedies because she tends to go for the broad, slapsticky kind of thing). The bits with the fat woman were disgusting and it so had nothing to do with her actual weight and everything to do with how grotesque they made her out to be.
Then it was generally not all that funny. Definitely a throw-a-way kinda film.
