LJ Book (http://www.ljbook.com/) (the one kormantic recommended) LJ Archive (http://fawx.com/software/ljarchive) (this is the same one tkp recommended; this link goes directly to the archiving tool area) LJ Dump (http://hewgill.com/software/ljdump/)
I have no idea how they perform. I think LJ Book and SourceForge LJ Archive look the best. I've never used anything similar, so I'd go by friend recommendations.
