No Pairing. Darkfic. Spoilers for The Body and Forever. A great what-if fic. Buffy doesn't give Dawn the chance to tear up the photograph at the end of Forever. I like that it plays so much on Buffy's dependency on her mother and the way she said "Mommy" so longingly and what that could mean. At the same time . . . I'm unsure how believable it is just because we know that Buffy will do what's necessary. However, on the whole, I think this is well written. Beautifully realized and rather haunting. The ending is awesome!

Dawn/Faith. Future-fic.
This is an incredibly written piece. Road Fic! Which happens to be one of my favorite ways to read Dawn. Catharsis captures Dawn and Faith perfectly and how they could end up together. It's an unapologetic glimpse -- neediness and fear, tangled up love and want. I *really* enjoyed it.
