There were no tears, no raging. No storms. It was calm and uneventful.
Monday was the one year anniversary of my mom's death. Two months ago things were pretty shaky. Emotional upheveal was the catchphrase of the moment. When the actual day arrived there was nothing. I talked to my brother on the phone and it was okay.
We made it.
