You know ... A Tale of Heaven won't leave my head. There was so much more I could have said about it but I told myself I simply can't give feedback that's longer than the drabble itself, wouldn't that be silly? *rolleyes* But you did get across that idea of Buffy not fitting in anywhere, and what struck me was ... Buffy was insane in heaven, or insane by heaven's standards. And it gave me this psychological queasiness ... you manage with words to convey the intense yet quiet misery and insurmountable Alone-ness of being a Slayer. I've always felt empathy for Buffy and your stories show an understanding of her and the heavy psychic weight she bears ... the kind of damage it does internally even when she maintains surface control. And now I've already gone on too long.
